I confirm that my child does not have any contagious or infectious illness, including symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other viral or bacterial condition that could spread to others. I understand that InnoKids Park reserves the right to refuse participation if a child shows signs of illness for the safety of all children and staff.

If a child is not potty trained and wishes to participate, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their visit. (Our staff is not be responsible for toileting)

6. Permissions & Consents

I give permission for my child to participate in all InnoKids Park activities appropriate for their age.

I authorize InnoKids Park staff to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, contact EMS.

I consent to my child being photographed or filmed for InnoKids Park website, social media, or promotions.

I understand that InnoKids Park is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

7. Waiver of Liability / Parental Responsibility

I acknowledge that parental supervision and responsibility remain required at all times, and I accept full responsibility for my child’s safety and behavior while on the premises.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment & Refund Policy *

I understand and agree that all payments made to InnoKids Park are non-refundable, even if my child does not participate, attend, or complete the play session, class, or event for any reason. Credits or rescheduling may be offered at InnoKids Park’s discretion but no cash refunds will be issued.
